Please make sure to choose your preferred delivery/collection method before choosing the method of payment. Once an order is paid by PayPal, the delivery method cannot be altered from the website but needs to be communicated to our representatives when they contact you.
Clients may choose to collect the order themselves. This can be arranged when you will be contacted by our sales representatives by SMS/E-MAIL and we will advise from which location you can collect the goods.
If you wish to collect your order, you need to arrange for a collection to be carried out by a person who has NOT travelled abroad in the past 14 days and is NOT under quarantine. We cannot carry out deliveries to addresses where there is either a person under quarantine or a person who has travelled abroad in the past 14 days. You are legally bound to give true information about quarantine requirements and travelling abroad. If you wish to carry on with the order, you need to arrange for a collection to be carried out by a person who has NOT travelled abroad in the past 14 days and is NOT under quarantine.
