For the Back to School 2020, whether it will be online or at the physical classroom, we want to reward Students and also their Teachers.

Reply to our post on Facebook (HERE) with a video thanking your teacher, follow the below steps and you can win a Lenovo Laptop for yourself and an LG Television for your Teacher.

The Judges who will decide the best and most original video are the presenters of The Morning Vibe on Vibe FM - Abel, JD and Martina.



Rules for Participating:
- Like the AtoZ Electronics Facebook Page.
- Reply to our post on Facebook with a video of up to 15 seconds where you thank your favourite teacher.
- Share the post on a Facebook account.
- The participant must use a real and personal Facebook account to participate. No fan pages or business accounts will be accepted. However, participants can also use Facebook accounts of parents or guardians.
- The Judges will decide who is the winner by choosing, in their opinion and at their sole undisputable and incontestable discretion, the best video.

Prizes:
- Student: Lenovo 15.6" Windows 10 Notebook with 8GB-RAM 512GB-SSD
- Teacher: LG 49'' Full-HD LED TV HDMI USB

Awarding the prizes to the winners:
AtoZ Electronics reserves the right to use images taken during prize-giving for advertising purposes in any legal, printed, written or video media and the winner understands that no royalties or image rights will be due and paid. In the absence of authorization for the use of the images or in case the winner refuses to be photographed receiving the prize, another winner will be chosen.
If the winner is a minor, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian or legal representative, who can legally act on behalf of the minor.

Student Award:
The prize will be awarded in our outlet in Msida Valley Road, Birkirkara. When the winner is collecting the prize, photos and/or videos will be taken and posted on our social media.

Teacher Award:
The student who has won the contest will present the prize to their favourite teacher. The prize will be awarded in our outlet in Msida Valley Road, Birkirkara. When the winner is collecting the prize, photos and/or videos will be taken and posted on our social media.

Time Limit:
- The contest will be active from 07/09/2020 to 31/10/2020.
- Videos posted after midnight of 31/10/2020 will not be accepted.
- In the following weeks the Judges will decide who is the winner by choosing, in their opinion and at their sole undisputable and incontestable discretion, the best video.

Terms & Conditions:
- To participate you must have followed all the above steps of the contest.
- Choosing the best video will be at the sole discretion of the Judges.
- Any video that would be considered unsuitable (vulgar, offensive, racist, inappropriate, inciting hatred, etc.) for the competition will be deleted and the participant disqualified.
- The competition is open to residents of Malta only.
- By participating in the contest, you confirm that you are aware of the Facebook T&Cs, which must be respected.
- By entering this contest, you authorize AtoZ Electronics and Vibe FM to make unlimited use of any visual material (including but not limited to: the personal image of all persons appearing in the video posted on Facebook, speeches, audio, photos and videos taken when collecting the prizes, all other content included in any footage) that may be used at the discretion of the aforementioned. At the same time the participant understands that the use of such material will not give way to any payment of royalties, copyrights or other usage rights to which the participant may be entitled.
- In the event that a minor appears in any visual material, he or she must be accompanied by an adult who agrees to act as his or her legal representative and grants AtoZ Electronics and Vibe FM all image and usage rights in the above mentioned material while at the same time exempting the above mentioned from any legal liability for the unauthorized use of a minor's personal image in the visual material.
