COVID-19 Safety Measures


In view of the recent events relative to the spread of COVID-19 Corona virus, we have implemented new procedures to safeguard the wellbeing of our staff and our esteemed customers and to prevent the spread of the virus.

Please find underneath some useful information about our current operational procedures by department.


Online Shopping – www.atoz.com.mt

  • Please browse our website and choose the product/s that you need. You can proceed to order and pay online to minimize interaction and reduce the risk of spreading the virus. We offer free deliver service to anywhere in Malta (excluding Gozo) for any order exceeding €25.
  • Clients may choose to collect the order themselves. This has to be pre-arranged and carried out under certain conditions that will be explained over the phone when we advise from which location you can collect the goods.
  • Payments can be affected by PayPal, by bank transfer or by credit card. No cash will be handled by our staff.


Retail Outlets

  • Our outlets in Attard and PAVI, Qormi will be open with Limited Operations.
  • Customers will not be allowed to enter the outlets but can order what they need at the entrance. Goods will be shown and inspected in front of you. No returns will be accepted.
  • Customer will be served one at a time.
  • You are required to thoroughly sanitize your hands before being served.
  • You are required to keep a minimum distance of 1 metre from each other and our staff.
  • In order to protect our staff and to prevent spread of the virus, we cannot serve anyone who should be observing a quarantine or who has travelled abroad in the past 14 days. Please note that you are legally bound to give true information about quarantine requirements and travelling abroad. This is enforceable by law and failure to observe this obligation will result in fines.
  • In order to protect our staff and to prevent spread of the virus, we cannot serve anyone who display symptoms of fever, cough or respiratory infections.
  • Only card payments are being accepted and no cash will be handled by our staff.

PAVI

  • Monday – Saturday:    09:00 – 19:00

Msida

  • Closed until further notice


Service Centre

  • You are required to call us before you visit our service centre. We will try to resolve any issues over the phone.
  • Kindly avoid visiting our service centre if the service you require is not urgent.
  • Customer will be served one at a time.
  • You are required to thoroughly sanitize your hands and product before being served.
  • You are required to keep a minimum distance of 1 metre from our staff.
  • In order to protect our staff and to prevent spread of the virus, we cannot serve anyone who should be observing a quarantine or who has travelled abroad in the past 14 days. Delivery Service

  • Except for appliances, deliveries will be strictly to door only. (The delivery person/s will not enter any premises except where the installation of appliances is required.
  • You are required to keep a minimum distance of 1 metre from our staff.
  • In order to protect our staff and to prevent spread of the virus, we cannot carry out deliveries to addresses where there is either a person under quarantine or a person who has travelled abroad in the past 14 days. You are legally bound to give true information about quarantine requirements and travelling abroad.
