So if you are viewing a Digital Camera manufactured by HP, when you click on the web link » you will be taken to the official HP Website and visit the particular page of that product. This means that to go back to view our website you may close the new webpage, in this case the HP website page, and select our website again from your internet browser. You cannot hit the back button to get back on our website.

Also while viewing products you will come across the following link: more info ». This link will open a new browser window and show a document with details, which include specifications, text and images, in PDF format. To go back and keep on viewing our website you must close this window and select the page from your browser. You cannot hit the back button to get back on our website.

Another link which is found inside each product page is the link to our online help line: live help ». When you select this link, a window with Live Help Messenger will open, asking you to enter your name and email address to proceed and engage in a live chat session with a customer support assistant. This service is only available during office hours.

Please also note that if you click on banner images placed on the right hand side of the website you may be taken to third party websites as well.
